Mouse/cursor keeps resetting to center of screen when freed #397

Bug Description

Whenever the mouse is freed due to a GUI appearing, its position is always reset to the center of the screen instead of saving its last position next time a GUI was open. (this is how v21 handles it, and its soo much better)

This is mostly fixed in v2.11, however it does not behave properly when the UI scale is set to 2x or 3x.
