Spawn particles appear differently than retail. #98

Description

Spawn particles in Rebuilt appear gray and then turn purple, whereas in Retail they start gray and then turn green. Additionally, retail has stars that don't appear in rebuilt.

This appears to be fixed in v0.16, though now it spawns more sparks than in retail (#13?)
