An authentication error has occurred between the mobile phone and the lock #9

Hello there. I'm having a problem trying to unlock a door and it's happening when the user tries to unlock a door is getting an error An authentication error has occurred between the mobile phone and the lock. Other rooms are working.

Do I need to set up something?

@rodrigovive Is it possible that one lock is connected to different environment like Accept? That error would usually happen when you try to open lock with key activated on different environment. If that is not the case I can connect you to our support channel to check if everything is ok with lock.
