Trip Manager - Add Trip - Add Locations - MacPro #439

Please see the attached screen - We must address this clutter. Instead of 3 vertical panes, we must have one vertical pane (left most) and two horizon pane.

1) Leave the left pane as is. 2) Divide the rest into 2 horizontal panes. 3) The bottom most horizontal pane will have the map 4) The top pane must be rearranged (sorry for the rework, we continue to evolve and hence we try to make it better). (a) Remove 2 radio buttons (b) 3 Items (Label, DropDown, Button) "Customer Locations", "Drop Drown with the list" "Add New button" (c) Add to Trip and Go Back Buttons. (d) On clicking the "Add New" must take the user "Admin->Locations->New Tab". On either clicking "Save" or 'Cancel" should go back. When a new Customer Location is added and saved, it must be preselected when gone back to "Add Locations Page".

Good job - it looks lot better - following are my test results.

1) Alert option - Send an alert when ETA is <> minutes - They are not in one line, rather broken down into 3 lines. Make sure to fix the size of combo box precisely as it comes in the middle - otherwise rephrase the caption to "Send an alert when ETA in minutes is <>" to avoid the dropdown in the middle.

2) The validation of phone number and email works - however when both are entered - the available option is only "Both". What if I want to send an SMS for alert and service completion notification by Email? So when both Phone and Email are entered - I want all the 3 options to be available (By Phone, By SMS, By Both).

3) I wanted to put a warning when selecting By SMS/By Both option - Additional carrier charges may occur for Text Messages(SMS). Refer Admin - Driver Page

4) The left pane needs to grow dynamically to match up to the right pane. You can visually see in the attached picture.
