The stoppage time is zero minutes so it should be validated before allowing the trip to submitted. Show proper error message as specified in the consolidated error messages excel sheet.

Enter stoppage time in minutes for the location

Made changes to get appropriate error msg for stoppage as mentioned in the error messages excel sheet. Code fix moved to 180.Please check.
