The pass code resend doesn't work right - I mean consistently.

1) By SMS - Sometimes the SMS doesn't come at all and instead sends an email. 2) By Both - I get only email.

I tried yesterday too. The pass code was not sent correctly. When selected only email, it didnt - but when selected both - it did.
