Redo Output Options #30

I would rather have fine-grained output options.

We can leave the -v,-vv,-vvv options as shortcuts to a set of the fine-grain options.

Cases we don't currently handle that we want to be able to:

show the method name AND the docstring
show only the module name and then trailing dots for the module's tests
show just the method docstrings (no module or classes)
