WLC mappings need updating #5

The WLC mappings need to be updated to use the identifiers found in the xml:id attributes of m elements found in https://github.com/Clear-Bible/macula-hebrew/tree/main/nodes.

The data in this PR revise the mapping data for "WLC" for ESV, LEB, YLT, and NET.
