[BUG]: Project created using Project Temp Wizard uses LanguageName instead of LanguageID #1005

Description:

Project created using Project Temp Wizard uses LanguageName instead of LanguageID.

Steps To Reproduce:

Pre-Condition:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new project using Project Template Wizard (eg zz_SUR, NIV84, one book is sufficient)
In the zz_Sur - NIV84 Interlienar, select a word, open Set Translation dialog, add a new Lexeme, Meaning, and Translation, close dialog
Open the project DB using any SQLite reader app and verify data in the following tables:

Corpus
Lexicon_Lexeme
Lexicon_Meaning

Expected Results:

In the Corpus table, the languages of the two Corpora were: "sur" and "en-US", respectively
In the Lexicon_Lexeme table, the new entry had a language of "sur"
In the Lexicon_Meaning table, the new entry had a language of "en-US"

Actual Results:

In the Corpus table, the languages of the two Corpora were: "Mwaghavul" and "English", respectively
In the Lexicon_Lexeme table, the new entry had a language of "Mwaghavul"
In the Lexicon_Meaning table, the new entry had a language of "English"

Test Pass. Verified in a dev build of version-1.2.0-hotfix. TODO: Verify production build from the next installer.
