[Story]: CD Note sent to PT includes a specific Label for identification

AS A Translation Consultant I WANT TO CD Note sent to PT to include a specific Label (TBD) SO THAT I could clearly visually distinguish CD Notes from PT Notes when I work in PT

These are some of the test cases I ran for PT labels and passed on my Dell i7. • New right click option for corpus - Update Labels with External Notes - This adds all the labels that are in a PT project as options for notes inside CD.
• Icons stay the same, red flag, no matter the note type icon in PT
• PT Tag/Label Text is shown on note next to flag (To Do, Great Job, Note to Team, etc) brought in from labels in PT
• PT project Group Labels - After creating a note in a project this group of labels should now exist in the group dropdown
• PT labels adding to note - these should appear after the user starts typing in the label line and they should be able to add any of those labels to a note.

I do have the following questions:

• What happens if you delete a label from the External group?
• What should happen with collaboration? Will the user be able to see the External Label group?
• Should the labels be sent to PT if the user pushes CD note to PT?

My understanding is that the PT API does not support this functionality and all Jots sent to PT will appear with the default "ToDo" label in PT. This was discussed as a limitation of PT in one of the recent Dashboard User Group meetings and should be generally understood. As a result, we should update documentation and ensure this is communicated before moving this to Complete. Assigning to Dirk to close the doc/comms loop on this one.
