[Story]: Happy path configuration for AQuA #1233

Current configuration of AQuA is too complex and confusing for end users. Need a simplified configuration to meet the majority of use cases, removing unnecessary inputs and leveraging default selections based on what we know about the Clear Dashboard and Paratext projects and resources involved.

Per discussions with Milt, Dirk on 4/3/2024- pulling this from 1.5 scope- lower priority than initially anticipated.
