Work in progress....

Verse-level scores for each assessment in enhanced view title bar
Stoplight indicators for the scores (red, yellow, green based on slider/thresholds for controls on selected assessment)
Slider/thresholds setting in the viz drives stoplight coloring and scores in the enhanced view title bar.

Per discussions with Milt, Dirk on 4/3/2024- pulling this from 1.5 scope- lower priority than initially anticipated.
