Removed duplicates or otherwise obsolete entries
Added MARBLE mapping
Sorted by verse, then by word id (by version from left to right)

When using this TSV file, keep in mind that the MARBLE IDs have leading zeroes. Excel, for example, might automatically convert it to a number, thereby deleting the first character of the id.
