Improve file sharing UI #186

When a file is shared in chat, a non interactive notification pops up stating the successful completion of upload along with upload time. User has to perform multiple actions to open the chat window.

There is no progress bar or indicator for files that are being shared.

If there is no network connection, the loading animation does not stop or indicate a network error.

Files cannot be opened directly via the app. Upon clicking, the file gets downloaded which then has to be accessed separately via the notification bar.

@ys1382 isn't the screenshot from android? How does this affect ios version?
