Change / Update POS Example to use Ark Tweet Data

The Ark group at CMU has assembled and released a corpus of Tweets along with POS tags (http://code.google.com/p/ark-tweet-nlp/downloads/detail?name=twpos-data-v0.2.tar.gz&can=2&q=) Instead of relying on Penn Treebank data, we can make our POS Tagger example more accessible to wider audience by writing a reader for this data and modifying the example code accordingly.
