Offer ClearURLs as an ad-blocker compatible list #126

i propose offering ClearURLs as an ad-blocker compatible list. Some users would prefer to use this through their ad-blocker instead as a extension just for it. I think ublock origin supports the regex to do all of it.

It should, but I have not tested due to all my phones being iOS. If it does/doesn't, please tell me :) Do be aware, there are some known issues. I try to fix them but it may take a day (to a week at worst) for me to respond
