Requesting Discord media links to be cleaned #336

Currently Discord appends a bunch of stupid data on the end of all their media links which I've been manually removing. Stuff like

Where everything from ?ex and on is unnecessary. I would deeply appreciate if these and other such links could be included in this addon. I can provide more examples if necessary.
