Uh that changes the modal, the image you sent is the popout. example:

I'm sorry, but I seem to be confused by your phrasing can you tell me what you mean by "everything else to correct" and can you confirm if it's a bug or just a mistake on my end?
Leo is saying that changing the user modal background variable does result in correct behavior. You are looking for a change in the user popout behavior, and you need to change the user popout position / user popout size variables for that.
