Cant use ClearVision theme #21

ok so. i download the theme, and im gonna turn it on, but once i turned it on, it doesnt work, please fix

+1, basic things like for example, highlighting in the settings menu, still work, but more advanced features such as image backgrounds, shading and things like that don't seem to be working at all most likely due to a discord update.
