Additions to javaDoc in ClearVolumeRendererInterface #42

I added a general introduction and left a couple of questions. Also added descriptions to most functions that I understand. Feel free to merge, destroy, rewrite, or whatever. Just hope that it is useful.

Hey Nico! Thanks for the PR (even better, it's number 42! :+1: ). In the future, we'll adhere to better standards of comment clarity -- like you have demonstrated :) We'll also clarify what FOV, RotationControllers, etc. do.
