Clean up the build and metadata

This improves the POM in several ways:

• Adds developers and contributors. See Team.
• Updates to the unified pom-scijava. See this forum thread.
• Cleans up the dependencies.
• Fixes/minimizes the profiles.
• Cleans up the formatting and whitespace.
