Read LUT from loaded dataset #2

If the loaded dataset has LUTs set in its metadata ClearVolume should use those instead of assigning other colors.

I'm at it... unfortunately the ImageJ2 data model makes this apparently easy task impossible. I am positive though that there are one or two people on this planet that might be able to tell me how I can access the LUTs from within ImageJ2 containers. I will ask them...
