Add GPLv3 License #25

This extension currently has no license defined. This PR applies the GPLv3 license, if you would like to use a different one, please tell me and I will create a PR with that license, to ensure the license exactly matches other plugins with the same license, so that users are not shown the same license several times, but with different formatting.

Thanks for the quick reply :) Can you also take a look at #24 please? That is the one with the big effect the users of the plugin.
