Satellite panel collapses on clicking `info` icon #8

Clicking on the Satellite panel's tab causes the panel to minimize/maximize. This behavior happens even when clicking the modal icon.

The collapse when clicking the icon should be removed, or the tab collapse function should be moved to a separate icon, rather than covering the entire tab.
