Misc fixes #100

This includes fixes from #99 as well as fixes for affix.js and a solution for #73

Please run bower install from the client directory after switching to this branch to install images-loaded

Masonry is still not working for me. Its not even firing on any of the pages

Okay, for some reason it just suddenly started to work. Looks like its working pretty well. Im not a huge fan of the animations nor am I a fan of the huge amount of padding ontop of the fixed categories
