bigYEAST done -> no visible results. Options:

1. vep doesn't work
2. vep changes vcf in variantcalling/

1. google vep outputs (in and out of sarek)

UPD: vep didn't work. Running pipeline separately only starting with vep (related files start with onlyannotate)

UPD: pipeline fully finished with all data for --step annotate, AND DID NOTHING.
