Fancy Quote Generator #393

An idea @mp7786 had when we were talking last night. It would be neat if ClemBot could generate image quotes like the below: image

Something like !quote "<author name>" <quotable message> using their PHP for the picture. If "<author name>" was missing, it would use their username instead.

This would be cool, however the command would have to change. !quote is earmarked for something else
