Provide mealspecifics template also for team arrangement mails #31

Use case: User wants to provide the team with possible meal specifics to consider when preparing the meal to be cooked.

This would mean that we have to load the dinner-routes when sending team arrangement mails, hence I won't do that for now (low prio due to only just 1 person asked about this)
