Frontend:

[x] Enter in Wizard when setting up meal times
[x] Can be edited in Settings
[x] Show in Dinner Route as optional 4th nav route item
[x] Show in Public Event Page Details

Backend:

[x] Enhance database by Title, Address, Geodata, Time for location (after party location is optional)
[x] Geodata must also be retrieved as event by SQS
[x] Validate if AfterPartyLocation is gonna being set (TBD: What to validate?!)
[x] Can be used as template when sending dinner routes
[x] Adapt Terraform setup for creating new SQS queue

Misc:

[x] English Translation
[x] Remove outcommented code in geocoding event publishers and consolidate code with other old handling code
[x] Remove duplicated code in Wizard for AfterPartyLocation handling
[x] Ensure FormTimePicker works
[x] Adapt Flyway DB script
[x] Add news entry and release with new infrastructure
