The effects of this missing feature can be seen when sending messages (emails may be wrong, mealspeficis may be wrong, etc.).

All (relevant) changes must be synced to the child-participant.

Tasks:

[x] Sync down changed on root participant update
[x] Child participant update: Update only relevant fields (which are for now firstname and lastname)
[x] Check where weird heandleTeamPartnerRegistration method in ParticipantService is used, and if it seems like that it's not needed, then remove it
