Dinner Route Overview Enhancements

[x] Filter-View: Show more details in each checkbox of team (which teams are visited)
[x] Filter-View mobile optimization: Show only team + meal instead of full details
[x] Show some sort of hint / warning if some locations are the same (maybe extra panel)
[x] Add maybe options panel with options like (Show only Meal X, Exclude After Party Location Paths
[x] Add offset to markers that have equal address so that both are displayed
[x] Ensure team colors are not white (or too bright)
[x] Add top 10 far away distances
[x] Add arrow down to team host marker (like shown in google maps demo)
[x] Show distances per each team somewhow
[x] Maybe show arrow in polyline in middle and/or at start (e.g. for teams that have dessert or main-course)
