[0.10.x] PRi socket needs to be taller #38

Need to find one to match the distancers (12mm)

https://www.lcsc.com/product-detail/_Liansheng-_C2685119.html is a good answer but it has protruding pins at the bottom to fix the part. Need to update footprint/PCB.
