Update meson.build with current dependencies #6

Currently, the development is based on Flatpak. All the necessary dependencies are in the GNOME's runtime and in the Flatpak's manifest. To the future this information will be updated in meson.build as a good practice.

FWIW, with my Arch-Linux-user hat on, I see the dependencies as:

Runtime dependencies:

buildtime dependencies:

blueprint-compiler

check dependencies (optional):
