Manifest v3 support #45

Update various packages to support >= node 18
Updated manifest to support manifest V3 and split to separate manifests for firefox
Fixed legacy manifest v2 usages / old v2 api
Add missing browser polyfill to modules that need it
Replace window with globalThis
New run scripts
Updated readme

Working on this for the June deadline, Firefox seems to be good. Chrome almost there but but looks like i'll need to replace axios with fetch in order to get Chrome working
