Fix for latest AFHDS 2a and AFHDS 3 receivers. #30

Attempt to fix #29 - not tested but should be fine.

Thanks @qba667 I'm on vacation now, don't have pc. In a week I'll be able to take a look and merge.

Thanks @qba667 now that I see this, I remember that in the receivers' code there was such stuff for meddling with the four bits of each channel. Then I was wondering what's the purpose but now it makes sense.

It seems that these extra 4 channels have been part of the IBUS specification all along, but probably no transmitter has ever used them so far.

@Cleric-K you must be right- we were not aware of them for long time. Good it I got this detail directly from FlySky.
