Custom objective overlays #139

There have been requests for custom scoreboard overlays. An idea would be to 
allow the level designer to specify the path to a scoreboard overlay image 
which will be used instead of the default one.

An "objectivesoverlay" key has been added to the worldspawn entity for v1.1
This can be used to specify a path to a custom objectives overlay image.
