- Change shader on buttons so they look 'disabled' after they have been pressed.
- Have sounds play as you break the wall

The last four buttons which spawn Klesk now look disabled when they have been 
pressed (r337)

The buttons color red now after they have been pressed, which looks odd. This 
<i>could</i> be due to the shader(s) having a q3map_surfacelight parm, but this 
requires further investigation. Either way, it's a bug in idTech 3 and if it 
cannot be solved easily, it may be better to find another solution for this.
