cc-logs-application-view: review wording of the "Loading logs..." in live mode #1011

"Loading logs..." is like we are waiting for something to be loaded.

In fact, there is a loading part: loading the last 10 minutes of logs. And then, everything is loaded and it is just receiving new live logs.
