cc-domain-management: add tests #1104

Context

We recently introduced a new cc-domain-management component (see #1090) but I did not take time to add automatic tests except standard a11y tests.

Some of the features are very good candidates for automatic testing and could easily get broken when we move to Element Internals (see #1103):

the paste feature,
the error messages for different cases (path within domain input, domain with wrong wildcard format, adding a domain with a wildcard, etc.).

It would be great to add automatic tests before tackling #1103.
