cc-button: reconsider the waiting animation #636

The Knight Rider / K2000 animation is unusual and confusing with the click to cancel progress.

It was designed like this so the message in the button was still visible. Let's see if we can try an classic circular loader without layout shifts.

What about having a kind of "snake" that goes clockwise "around" the button, starting bottom-left? That would allow the text to keep in place and still differenciate from the "cancel grace period".

EDIT: also, make it dotted instead of one line to have a … effect that would mean we are waiting.
