Storybook: remove embedded stories from auto generated docs

Context

The autodocs template used by the storybook docs addon includes all stories related to the component.

We don't like that because:

• we think it creates a long page for nothing,
• some of simulation stories include elements being focused and it makes the whole doc page unusable (see cc-input-text - docs (wait 3 seconds
