Document the ranges our server's IPs are in. #74

Some users might need an IP range to limit requests by ip range. Some do not care if the range is wider than just our servers.

Right now, in par2 we are in four ranges from online.

Could we just drop them in a page with a warning about the size of the ranges and the fact that it might change in the future?

@cnivolle it has been done, but this is not a good practice and we decided to remove it (not done yet). Clients who need this, are in fact in need of a dedicated IP. Allowing our IP ranges doesn't prevent them from our other from clients querying their services (security issues).

IP ranges are mentioned here and it seems there is a consensus across tech teams to remove them. I can push a PR to do it
