Atlatl Recipe not giving Fabrication Skill at skill 2 (When it's difficulty 2) #16455

Window 64, Tiles version, 0.c-13618-g9ed289c

While trying to skill up fabrication I found several recipes that should be providing skillups and aren't. My fabrication is currently 2. It was 2 and 3% and I crafted successfully and failed multiple atlatls, and it was still 3%. Also tried an Ember Carrier (Also 2 difficulty) and still 3%. My current focus is 92, so it's not that. Skilling up isn't completely broken as failing to craft a wooden spear got me up to 8%. But when I tried an Atlatl again, no skillup.

Wait, I'm an idiot, those are both survival requiring Fab 2...
