(Rotted) Tainted Meat craftable into (Fresh) Dehydrated Tainted Meat outside vehicle frames (PR 8897) #30204

Describe the bug

  1. Character is surrounded by Rotted Tainted Meat (RTM) and is crafting Dehydrated Tainted Meat (DTM) and final product is produced as Fresh as long as RTM is outside the boundary of the vehicle.
  2. Secondary issue is when game is Saved and Quit when RTM is nearby that when character is loaded that all RTM vanishes. Not sure if this is automatic cleanup code with the changes for Rotted items in recent builds.

To Reproduce

With savegame included: butcher a corpse outside vehicle limits on Butchering Rack and have RTM within crafting range of FOODCO and RTM to (Fresh) DTM occurs as end product.

Expected behavior
