It's currently a 1 volume ! symbol. Then again, I imagine methacola may as well be a crunchy piece of solidified syrup. But it's under the 'drinks' crafting menu and uses a glass bottle. (which shouldn't happen, thanks, AnderHammer! https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/3110 )
