Scenario Faction relation dialogue #35960

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
So having recently made contact with the HUB I found myself once again noticing how the NPCs just don't give a crap who you are. Like sure I get these guys are xenophobic egg heads, but you'd think that they might've taken some interest in the appearance of a surviving mutant experiment from another lab, in the same way I thought the people at the refugee centre might've been more surprised.

Describe the solution you'd like
To clarify first of all, the way this works is that there would be extra hidden dialogue with certain people which can only be unlocked with the right conditions.

Ideally id prefer if when engaging with NPCs they might have unique dialogue for you depending on your characters profession, scenario and appearance (Certain worn equipment like experimental equipment, badges and IDs could unlock conversation branches as well) For example;

Additionally, in the same way you can ask people for their life story, certain people may be interested in yours to which you can answer with no, yes [Scenario], yes [Profession] or yes [lie] with reputation rewards and gifts depending on what they thought of it.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, a more dynamic dialogue framework which factors in things like these to generate more organic conversations would be nice. No idea how that could possibly work though and the effort required would likely be immense, id prefer to suggest a feature I could see in this lifetime if at all possible.

Additional context
The effects and conversation lines scenarios and professions unlock do not necessarily need to be all good, a NEET or addict may be looked upon poorly and certain professions may not initially be trusted with more risky/ dangerous missions.

It may be worth making profession groups similar to some of the ones listed above in order to simplify and streamline conversation branches. The goal is to make conversations feel less generic and more personal and immersive, and lets be honest most people couldn't tell or care for the difference between a rifleman and a grenadier.
