Allow viewing camera feeds from remote control vehicles #36965

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The usefulness of UGVs is limited by having to keep them in the character's line of sight.

Describe the solution you'd like
The remote vehicle controller should allow the character to see areas that would be visible through cameras from the vehicle's camera control system.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding a different remote camera monitor item.

Probably would not need a new item, just modification to the existing one, and require a combination of existing items (camera + remote control units + controls + camera display being installed on the correct vehicles, and in the inventory etc).

I should maybe make a separate issue for this, but it may be related: Attempting to manually aim a turret mounted on a remote controlled vehicle results in an error message.
