Walk in freezers made using vehicle coolers only work when in the reality bubble. #39401

Describe the bug

Not really a bug, but more an inconsistency. Vehicle coolers cannot be used to build a walk in freezer, despite the fact they seem geared towards that as when you leave the reality bubble, it stops generating cold air freezing the food letting it become unfrozen. It should instead keep the food cold.

Steps To Reproduce

1.)Build a walk in freezer(any sealable room) with a vehicle cooler and enough power to last a couple of days. 2.)Leave some food in it. 3.)Get outside of the reality bubble and wait a few days. 4.)Come back to rotten food.

Expected behavior

Food should in theory remain frozen. The cooler takes the temp down to somewhere around -40 and seems like something that would be used to freeze food in a truck or something.
