Biosnipers rifle spawns without scope and strap. #41702

Bio Snipers m2010 ESR should have a strap and scope attached per JSON but it doesn't.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn in as a Biosniper profession.
Check Rifle.

Expected behavior

There should be a scope and strap on the rifle.
