Iron Safari won't give player gear

Describe the bug

When trade menu is escaped it says "Can't afford it" no gear is given.

Steps To Reproduce

Get to iron safari mission Accept mission Trade menu opens exit out to get gear can't afford it

May be due to having a debt from earlier trades owed to hub01 intercom

Expected behavior

Mission equipment shouldn't char if I owe the giver money.
